Put 5th officially on the market this friday which gave me a few days to let other agents know about it before it hit the market. I like to do this because it allows me to give something of value to an agent and hopefully when they find a good deal in the future I will get the call. I bought around 3 properties this year using this technique.
I decided to be more aggressive with the pricing to hopefully attract a lot of offers out of the gate so I can choose the strongest buyer with the best price.
