I am a Realtor and this year is going to be better because again most of the transactios will be done by investor all over the world, with cash, REO, Short Sales.

I agree Alberto.
It’s getting a little better every year since “the great recession” hit and 2012 is starting out as a great year for us. We are working very hard planning out the next few years. I feel that those that can gain some momentum in this market will be able to leverage that momentum while others who haven’t will have a lot of work to get caught up.
