INTRODUCTION

Nick Walsh is the Investment Manager at Gabhart Investments, Inc., a real estate investment and development company based in San Diego, California. As Investment Manager, Nick is responsible for the overall management of fund activities. He is involved with forming new debt and equity relationships, managing capital accounts, and providing investor presentations and disclosures. Nick also participates in individual property acquisition, budgeting, and accounting functions. Nick recently graduated from the University of San Diego with a M.S. in Real Estate.
